Capel Sound Beach Retreat is a clean, fresh and modern holiday unit, located close to the beach and shops.

The air-conditioned open plan living area is bright and inviting. The lounge area has a couch and comfortable chairs in front of a TV. There is a 6 seat dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with a gas cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee machine and fridge.

Sliding glass doors in the living area open onto an outdoor deck with an adjustable awning and seating.

The unit has 2 bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 people.

The spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower and toiletries are supplied.

The laundry is equipped with a washing machine and dryer, and there is a clothes line located just outside the laundry door.

The garage provides a secure storage facility. There are two bicycles with helmets for use by guests and an electric BBQ which can be moved to the outdoor deck.

Vehicle parking is provided on the street.

Capel Sound Beach Retreat is located 400 metres from the local shopping strip and the popular family beach. Go for a swim in the bay or the surf back beach. Ride or walk on the bike paths along the foreshore and Chinamans Creek. Visit Peninsula Hot Springs, championship golf courses, acclaimed wineries and many other attractions of the Mornington Peninsula.
