Rye Seaside Cottage is a newly renovated home which is perfectly set up for family holidays, a getaway for couples or a weekend away for girls or guys.

This cosy cottage is bright and stylish, oozing in comfort and holiday vibes. Step through the front door into an open plan living area with its quality furnishings including relaxing couches and a dining table. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge and a front load washing machine under the bench.

This home has 2 bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 people.

Split-system heating and cooling provides year round comfort.

The back door leads to a covered outdoor seating and dining area which overlooks lawns and a landscaped yard.

There is a large shed in the backyard. This has been converted into a games room, complete with a TV, couch and table tennis table. It is the perfect hang out for both kids and adults. Also in the shed is a collection of recreational beach gear.

Rye Seaside Cottage is located on a private 800m² allotment. There is a large driveway with plenty of vehicle parking and space for a boat behind a high secure fence.

Take a 650 metre stroll north along Centre Drive, cross Point Nepean Road, and then follow the walking track across the foreshore to the beautiful sandy bay beach.

This property is central to the many attractions of the Mornington Peninsula including Peninsula Hot Springs, Enchanted Adventure Garden, Arthurs Seat, many golf courses and wineries galore.

Sorry, strictly no Schoolies or groups of guests under the age of 25.

Low season / off-peak:
Midweek - $180 (1 night minimum)
Weekends - $200 (2 night minimum)

Holidays / winter public holiday long weekends:

Peak season / summer holidays / Easter:
$350 to $450
Minimum stay is 4 nights

A once off cleaning fee of $150 applies.
