Ripples

Ripples is a modern and stylish home where you can enjoy a relaxing family holiday on the coast.

At the heart of this home is a spacious open plan living area. It includes a sitting area with relaxing couches, a 55 inch Smart TV, some games and toys for kids, a cosy wood heater (some wood provided to get you started) and reverse-cycle air-conditioner. In the meals area is a large table with seating for 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher and an ample collection of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Ripples has 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 9 people.

• Bedroom 1 - queen bed, ensuite
• Bedroom 2 - queen bed
• Bedroom 3 - queen bed, cot
• Bedroom 4 - tri-bunk bed (double on bottom, single on top)

There are 2 bathrooms.

• Main bathroom - bath, shower, vanity unit, toilet
• Ensuite - shower, double vanity unit, toilet

The laundry is equipped with a washing machine and ironing facilities.

A sliding glass door from the living area opens onto a covered entertaining area with an outdoor dining setting. This overlooks a fully fenced backyard with an outdoor shower and plenty of room for children to play.

While the garage is not available for use by guests, there is space for up to 3 vehicles, including a boat, on the driveway with additional street parking an option.

Take a 14 minute walk or 2 minute drive to the local general store for basic groceries and takeaway food. Around the corner from the general store is the lovely sandy beach where you can enjoy long walks, swimming or launch your boat from the boat ramp. San Remo, which is the gateway to Phillip Island, is only a 15 minute drive away.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 1 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
