The Boat Ramp Getaway

The Boat Ramp Getaway is a two storey home with water views and multiple living areas.

The upstairs living area is air-conditioned and consists of a lounge room with a TV and a dining room with a TV and table that seats 6 people. In between the dining and lounge room is a well equipped kitchen with an electric cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, large fridge and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

From the lounge room, a sliding glass door opens onto a huge wrap around deck with a dining table that can seat 10 people. Enjoy panoramic water views down to the jetty and across the bay to French Island.

The downstairs area of this home is divided by a covered carport. On one side is a cosy living room which has stairs that lead to the upstairs living area. On the other side of the carport is a games room that has a table tennis table, dining table and fridge.

The Boat Ramp Getaway has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 9 people.

• Bedroom 1 (upstairs) - queen bed, walk-in robe

• Bedroom 3 (upstairs) - tri-bunk, single bunk

There are 2 bathrooms.

Surrounding this home is a huge enclosed yard that provides plenty of room for children to play and also lots of room to park vehicles and boats. The large shed is not accessible to guests.

Walk just two minutes from The Boat Ramp Getaway to the jetty, boat ramp, beach and foreshore parkland. Corinella General Store is one kilometre from the home.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.
