Inverloch Luxury Retreat is the perfect choice for an indulgent getaway for up to two families.

This recently renovated home is beautifully decorated and styled throughout. The living area consists of a relaxing lounge area with an L-shaped couch and an 8 seat dining setting. Glass bi-fold doors open out from the living area onto a huge entertaining deck complete with outdoor setting and BBQ. The fully equipped kitchen includes stone benchtops, electric cooktop and oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine with complimentary coffee pods.

This home has 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 11 people.

• Bedroom 3 - one bunk bed, one single trundle
• Bedroom 4 - one queen bed

Sheridan branded linen, towels and toiletries are provided. A portacot and high chair is available if required.

In addition to the ensuite in the master bedroom, there is a newly renovated main bathroom with a shower and bath.

The laundry has a front load washing machine and dryer.

Year round comfort is assured with split-system air-conditioning in the main living room and master bedroom.

The huge backyard is secure and private - perfect for a game of cricket on the grass.

Off-street parking is provided for two cars with plenty of parking on the street.

Take a 7 to 8 minute stroll to either the inlet or surf beach. The shops in the town centre of Inverloch can be accessed via a dedicated foreshore track which will take about 15 minutes by bike or 25 minutes on foot.

High season:
December and January, including school holidays
$300 to $950 per night

School holidays (excluding summer):
$250 to $400 per night

Public holidays (excluding summer time):
$350 to $550 per night

Cleaning fee:
$140 per stay

Bond:
A refundable $1,000 bond is required
