Time and Tide

Time and Tide is a delightful family holiday home, located within walking distance of the beach.

The living area of this home features cathedral ceilings, exposed beams and extensive areas of wood panelling. The spacious lounge room is air-conditioned and has three sofas, a 55 inch Smart TV, DVD player, movie library and board games. Around the corner is a dining room with a wood heater and a dining table that seats 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, electric oven, microwave, sandwich press, Nespresso pod coffee machine, fridge, dishwasher and ample cookware, crockery and cutlery.

Time and Tide has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 8 people. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

• Living room - double sofa bed (suitable for 2 adults or children)

A cot and high chair are available if required.

There is 1 bathroom.

The laundry is equipped with a washing machine and clothes dryer.

A verandah wraps around most of the home, providing an excellent outdoor living space. Under the rear verandah is a Weber BBQ and 6 seat dining table which overlooks the shady and private back yard.

The single garage has a table tennis table inside. There is space for up to 3 vehicles to park on the driveway.

Time and Tide is located in a quiet residential area of Inverloch, just a few houses down from the shady Selina Williams Linear Park. Take an 8 minute walk to the beach or a 4 minute drive into the town centre of Inverloch with its hotels, restaurants, cafes and supermarket.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
