Kilcunda Coast House

Kilcunda Coast House is a beautifully renovated country homestead, set within rolling hills and offering ocean views.

The living room is beautifully decorated and includes comfortable seating, a wall-mounted TV, DVD player, home theatre system, wood fire and reverse-cycle air-conditioner. The adjacent dining room has a solid wooden table that seats 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, electric oven, microwave, coffee machine (ground coffee required), large fridge, dishwasher and ample cookware, crockery and cutlery.

Kilcunda Coast House has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 10 people.

• Bedroom 1 - queen bed, ensuite

• Bedroom 3 - one set of single bunk beds, tri-bunk bed (double on bottom single on top), single trundle bed

A cot and high chair are available if required.

There are 2 bathrooms.

At the back of the home is a large partially covered deck, complete with a BBQ, dining table and additional seating. Enjoy views of the surrounding rolling countryside and the ocean in the distance. Kids will love the vast outdoor area at their disposal, including a swing under a large tree.

Kilcunda Coast House is set on a secluded 2 hectare allotment in the hills behind Kilcunda. Take a 7 minute drive down to the beach, the pub and general store in Kilcunda.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.
