Shiloh Beach House

Shiloh Beach House is an enchanting two storey holiday home, located close to the beach at the end of a quiet court.

The unique design of this home incorporates vaulted ceilings, exposed mud brickwork, cathedral stain glass windows, an ornate centrepiece staircase and living zones which flow from the front entry hall.

Downstairs is an inviting air-conditioned lounge room with designer furniture, 70 inch Smart TV, Sony Playstation 5, movie library, Bluetooth speakers and wood fire (some wood provided). The dining room has a table that seats 8 people and there is a glass sliding door that leads out to an outdoor deck. The fully equipped kitchen includes a 900mm gas oven, 5 burner gas cooktop, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Shiloh Beach House has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 14 people.

• Bedroom 2 (upstairs) - two sets of single bunks, private balcony
• Bedroom 3 (downstairs) - queen bed, Smart TV

A cot and high chair are provided.

There are 2 bathrooms.

• Main bathroom (downstairs) - spa bath, shower, vanity unit, separate toilet
• Ensuite (upstairs) - shower, vanity unit, toilet

The laundry is fully equipped with a washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities.

The double garage has a foosball table and some boogie boards. There is space for one vehicle in the garage, with additional parking for 2 vehicles (including a boat) available on the driveway.

At the rear of the home is a large deck with an outdoor table that seats 9 people, a gas BBQ and wall-mounted electric heater. This overlooks an incredible electric heated 6 seat swim spa which includes a swim zone (4.3 metres by 2.3 metres) which is 1.3 metres deep.

The home is set on a 1200 m² allotment. Kids will love all the space in the backyard and also the cubby house.

Shiloh Beach House is conveniently located within a 7 minute walk of the Ocean View Hotel and Kilcunda General Store. Cross the Bass Highway and walk a further 5 minutes to the scenic cliff top foreshore that overlooks the sandy beach and rock pools below.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

A $45 booking fee also applies to each stay - no other cleaning fee or bond applies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
