Barrakee Beach House is a beautifully presented two storey holiday home, located within easy walking distance of the shops and river.

Ideally suited to families, including those with children, or small mature groups, this home features quality furnishings, modern facilities and bright living spaces.

Upstairs is the main living area. This open plan space features cathedral ceilings, polished wood flooring and large windows that let in lots of natural light. A split-system air-conditioner and wood heater ensures you will be comfortable all year round. The lounge area has a TV with Foxtel Sports, while the adjacent dining area has a table that seats 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee machine, rice maker, fridge and dishwasher.

A sliding glass door from the lounge area opens onto a balcony that overlooks the front of the home. From the dining area, a sliding glass door leads out onto a huge covered entertaining deck that spans the entire length of the upper level. There are patio blinds, an outdoor lounge setting, dining table and Weber Q gas BBQ.

Downstairs is a large recreation room with a pool table, TV and sofa. There is a games cupboard with a collection of puzzles, toys, board games and reading material.

Barrakee Beach House has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 8 people.

All bed linen and towels are supplied.

The laundry is equipped with a washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities.

At the rear of the home is a partially covered deck and an outdoor heated spa pool. The secure and private back garden is surrounded by native vegetation and features a sun deck with relaxing seating. There is a lockable storage shed for beach gear and bikes.

Ample off-street parking is available along two driveways.

Barrakee Beach House is situated in a quiet residential area, on an elevated corner allotment. Take a 9 minute walk into the heart of Anglesea for a selection of shops, cafes and restaurants. Walk a few minutes further to the Anglesea River with its extensive waterfront parkland and also the beach.

Less than a 90 minute drive from the centre of Melbourne, the beachside village of Anglesea is perfect for a relaxing coastal holiday or short weekend break on the Surf Coast, where you will be surrounded by bushland and beaches.
