Hearns Beachside Villa 1 is a beautifully appointed luxury property that is nestled into the sand dunes of Port Fairy's South Beach.

This lavish and private villa has quality furnishings and fixtures. It features floor to ceiling windows which are designed to capture views of the Southern Ocean from its exclusive beachfront location.

The open plan living area spans the full length of the villa. It includes a sitting area with a chaise lounge suite, TV, gas log fire and air-conditioner. There is a dining table which seats 4 people and a fully equipped kitchen with gas cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and modern appliances.

The villa has 1 bedroom and can sleep up to 2 people, making it perfect for couples or as a corporate retreat.

A sliding glass door at the rear of the villa opens onto a deck with outdoor seating that directly overlooks the beach.

From the back of the villa, follow the short track through the foreshore and down to the sandy ocean beach and rocks. A 30 minute walk along the coast and through parkland will take you into the heart of Port Fairy with its historic streetscape, fascinating shops and cafes.
