Tynemouth Villa

Tynemouth Villa was built by Captain Lewis Grant in 1859 and is listed by the National Trust. It now offers traditional cottage accommodation in the centre of Port Fairy, but a world away from the city.
The living area comprises a charming sitting room with a wood heater and TV, a dining room and a simple well equipped kitchen.
This home has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can sleep up to 8 people.

All you need to bring is your own linen.
At the front of the cottage is a large east facing verandah which overlooks a secluded garden with its own asphalt tennis court. At the rear of the cottage is a large courtyard which is enclosed by stone walls.
Tynemouth Villa is located just a short walk from the shops, cafes and hotels in the heart of Port Fairy. Walk a few short minutes in the other direction to the beautiful Moyne River with its waterfront parkland and wharves. Cross the footbridge onto the other side of the river, and the ocean beach is just around the corner.
