The living area comprises of a charming sitting room with a wood heater and TV. The adjoining dining room has a 6 seat table and open fire, and there is a fully equipped kitchen.

This home has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can sleep up to 8 people. Two bedrooms have double beds and the other bedrooms have single beds.

At the front of the cottage is a large east facing verandah which overlooks a secluded garden with its own tennis court. At the rear of the cottage is a large courtyard which is enclosed by stone walls.

Tynemouth Villa is located just a short walk from the shops, cafes and hotels in the heart of Port Fairy.
