Alpine Nest is a modern and stylish two storey holiday home, located within a short walk of the Ovens River.

The open plan living area spans the whole upper level of this home. Light and airy with large windows and timber flooring, it features relaxing seating in front of a gas log fire, a wall-mounted Smart TV and a bench-style dining table which seats 6 people. The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, sandwich press, bullet blender, fridge with ice dispenser, and a selection of cookware, crockery and glassware. A reverse-cycle air-conditioner ensures year round comfort in this area.

A sliding glass door from the kitchen opens onto a covered square balcony, complete with an outdoor lounge setting.

Downstairs are all the bedrooms, bathroom and laundry.

Alpine Nest has 2 bedrooms and can sleep up to 5 people.

• Bedroom 1 (downstairs) - queen bed, reverse-cycle air-conditioner, direct access to bathroom
• Bedroom 2 (downstairs) - tri-bunk bed (double on bottom, single on top)

There is one bathroom.

Linen, towels, cleaning supplies and toiletries are provided.

The laundry is equipped with a front load washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities.

At the rear of the home is landscaped garden with large expanse of grass, part of which is fenced.

There is a single lock-up garage with additional parking available on the driveway.

Alpine Nest is located in a quiet residential area, just a 5 minute walk from the Ovens River and the footbridge that leads to Bright Splash Park and the riverfront playground. From here, walk around the corner to the shops, cafes and restaurants in the heart of Bright. Alternatively, a 2 minute from the home will take you into Bright's town centre.
