Downstairs is a light and airy open plan living area with a cosy gas log fire, wall-mounted Smart TV, relaxing lounge suite, recliner chair and a window seat which catches the morning sun. The adjacent meals area has a dining table which seats 6 people and reverse-cycle air-conditioner. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooktop and oven, microwave, slow cooker, sandwich press, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher, and a selection of cookware, crockery and glassware.

Upstairs is a reading nook with a comfortable chair, offering leafy views over the surroundings.

A sliding glass door from the living area opens onto a partially covered entertaining deck at the front of the home. It has an outdoor dining setting, deck chairs and a Weber gas BBQ. At the rear of the home is a private and fenced yard with an outdoor table and chairs.

There is a single garage which provides secure storage for your car, bikes and ski gear.

Amber Mist Villa Two is located on a no through road, only a one minute drive or 6 minute walk from the centre of Bright with its shops, cafes and restaurants. A 7 minute walk will take you to a footbridge over the Ovens River that leads to Bright Splash Park and the riverfront playground.
