Brighter Stays

Brighter Stays is a classic family home which has been completely renovated to a modern standard, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay.

At the heart of this home is a spacious open plan living area with hardwood flooring and contemporary furnishings. There are plush couches, a Smart TV, Bluetooth speaker, 10 seater dining table and a long work desk. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, electric oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, jaffle maker, fridge, dishwasher, and a selection of cookware, crockery and glassware.

Brighter Stays has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 8 adults or 10 people if children are included.

• Bedroom 1 - king bed (can be split into single beds on request), ensuite
• Bedroom 2 - king bed (can be split into single beds on request)
• Bedroom 3 (not suitable for more than 4 adults) - king single bunk bed, trundle bed, tri-bunk bed (queen on bottom, king single on top)

There are 2 bathrooms.

• Main bathroom - deep bath, shower, double vanity unit, toilet
• Ensuite - shower, vanity unit, toilet

Linen, towels, cleaning supplies and toiletries are provided. A toddler high chair and portacot (bring your own linen) are available on request.

The laundry is equipped with a front load washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities. Attached to the laundry is an additional toilet.

Ducted heating and cooling throughout the home ensures comfort at all times of year.

Glass doors next to the kitchen open onto a large covered outdoor entertaining deck, complete with two dining tables, a gas BBQ and ceiling fans.

This home is set on a fully fenced 1,200m² allotment with large shady trees and extensive areas of lawn, providing plenty of space outside for guests to enjoy. In the garden is a fire pit (bring your own wood) and a lockable bike shed with bike racks.

Brighter Stays is nestled on the picturesque tree-lined street of Delany Avenue, just a 9 minute walk or one minute drive from the shops, cafes and restaurants in the centre of Bright. From there, you can access Bright Splash Park and tranquil river walks.
