Chapter 11 Delany is a spacious and impeccably styled two storey townhouse, located just a short stroll from the shops and river.

Occupying most of the ground floor is a spacious open plan living area which has ducted heating and cooling to ensure comfort at any time of year. There is a comfortable sitting area with couches, a wall-mounted TV with Apple TV, Blu-ray player and a selection of board games. The meals area has a dining table that seats 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, electric oven, electric frypan, microwave, sandwich press, rice cooker, automatic coffee machine, water filter, fridge, dishwasher, and a selection of cookware, crockery and glassware.

This luxurious property is perfect for couples or a group to share as each bedroom has its own private ensuite.

At the front of the home is a patio with a bench seat and wine barrel table. This overlooks a small fenced garden and a double carport.

Chapter 11 Delany is conveniently located within a 4 minute walk of Bright Splash Park and the Oven River with its scenic walking tracks. The shops, cafes and restaurants in the centre of Bright are also a 4 minute walk away.
