Step through the front door into a spacious and light-filled open plan living area which is comfortable all year round thanks to reverse-cycle air-conditioning. There is a comfortable sitting area with sofas, a Smart TV with DVD player, a dining table that seats 6 people and a cosy wood heater. The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher, and a selection of cookware, crockery and glassware.

Cindy's View has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 people.

A sliding glass door from the living area opens onto a huge elevated deck at the rear of the home, complete with an outdoor dining setting and gas BBQ. Due to this home's enviable position high up on a hill, the deck provides you with breathtaking vistas of the surrounding mountains and the Murray To Mountains Rail Trail below. Wine and dine under the stars or simply relax and watch the world go by.

The large backyard is fenced and features established trees and expanses of lawn.

Vehicle parking is available in the enclosed carport and along the driveway.

Cindy's View is located a 12 minute walk or 2 minute drive from the shops, cafes and restaurants in the heart of Bright. Access to state forest walking trails is just a 3 minute stroll down the road.
