Elevation
Elevation is a two storey hillside holiday home that embodies simple, subtle and unobtrusive refinement. Located in a quiet residential area of Bright, it provides the ideal space to relax and unwind.
The interior of this home is a harmonious blend of natural and man-made elements. Every detail has been thoughtfully crafted to create a tranquil environment, allowing guests to escape into nature while enjoying the comforts of modern living.
The upper level consists of an air-conditioned spacious open plan living area with a stylish lounge setting, wall-mounted Smart TV and dining table. The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, Breville coffee machine with a supply of ground Emme Mac Black coffee, T2 tea, condiments and an extensive range of cutlery and crockery. Sliding doors from the living area open onto a fully covered elevated patio with an outdoor setting. A hallway leads to two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a second lounge with a sofa, work desk and Smart TV.
Enter the home from the lower level which includes a bedroom and bathroom. Access between levels is via stairs or the internal lift.
This home has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 people. All king beds can be split into two single beds upon request.

- Bedroom 3 (downstairs) - king bed, Smart TV, direct access to the front courtyard
There are 3 bathrooms.

All beds are supplied with quality bed linen and a selection of premium Leif body products are provided in all bathrooms.
This home offers flexibility based on the number of guests. Book the entire house for larger groups. Alternatively, a couple can opt for just the upper level for a more intimate stay, resulting in bedrooms 2 and 3, and also bathrooms 2 and 3, being locked upon arrival. The whole property is still exclusively yours and is never shared with other guests.
The laundry is equipped with a washing machine and ironing facilities.
The property is a passive low-energy home. It is very well sealed and insulated, with an air exchange system operating all the time. Ducted filtered air is constantly but very quietly circulated throughout the house and extracted from the bathrooms.
The garage has space for two cars and includes a Tesla charger, wall-mounted bike racks and a clothes dryer.
Step outside the home and enjoy simplistic outdoor living. Small pockets of garden beds and a bubbling fountain create a serene surrounding. There are two private courtyards, including a large one at the rear of the home which has a large gas BBQ.
Elevation is conveniently located just a short walk from the heart of Bright, with its charming shops, cafes, restaurants and attractions. For the outdoor enthusiasts, a myriad of adventures await just beyond you doorstep, with the Murray to Mountains Rail Trail accessible from the end of the street.
Strictly no parties and no smoking at this property. The bicycles shown in the photos below are props only, illustrating storage options.

Minimum stay is 2 nights, except for Easter which is 4 nights and Christmas which is 5 nights.
