Fairlight is a newly renovated luxurious property, perfect for families or groups looking to stay close to the centre of Bright.
This home is exclusively yours and can sleep up to 10 people and has 5 bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Between 3 and 5 bedrooms can be used, with any unused bedrooms closed off. The office / nursery is always available for guest use.

Fairlight is located at the end of a quiet court, just 5 minutes walk from the centre of Bright. Walk to the Water Park, Bright Brewery and a selection of restaurants and cafes. The Ovens River, with its many kilometres of riverside walking tracks, is just a minute away from the end of the court. The sealed Murray To Mountains Rail Trail starts two blocks from the property.
Please note that due to the quiet surrounding residential area with elderly neighbours, this is not a party house and is not to be hired for hosting weddings or noisy gatherings.
Dog information:
- Maximum of 2 dogs
- Friendly, non-aggressive dogs only
- Please ensure your dog doesn't bark as it may disturb neighbours
- Pets welcome inside as there are polished floors and leather furniture
- The back garden is fully fenced
- Do not leave dogs alone at the property
- Pet minding available for guests who wish to go out without their dog - the dog sitter comes to the accommodation and stays with your dog

The property has 5 bedrooms/ensuites. Rates are based on use of 4 bedrooms/ensuites for up to 8 guests. The 5th bedroom is an additional $50 per night. It will be locked and unavailable for use unless specifically booked.
Minimum stay is usually 2 to 3 nights, although it may be more during certain holiday times - please enquire.
