Geneve is a two storey holiday home nestled high on a hill, providing panoramic mountain and valley views.

This home combines old alpine charm with the modern comforts of today, highlighted by pitched ceilings, rustic decor and several fireplaces. With amazing mountain views from most rooms, this is the quintessential High Country escape.

The upper level of this home is of an open plan design with a central sandstone brick column that contains two separate wood hearers - one facing the lounge area and the other facing the dining area. The lounge area has a set of comfortable couches, a Smart TV with Netflix and a reverse-cycle air-conditioner. The dining area has lots of natural light and a table that seats 8 to 10 people. The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooktop, electric grill, double electric oven, microwave, coffee machine, sandwich press, slow cooker, stick blender, fridge, dishwasher, and a selection of cookware, crockery and glassware.

The lower level, which is accessible only from outside, is a dedicated open plan studio with a sitting area, bed and ensuite.

Geneve has 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 8 adults or 10 people if children are included.

A huge partially covered deck on the upper level spans the entire length of the home. It features a wood heater surrounded by an outdoor lounge setting, a dining table and a gas BBQ. From the deck, enjoy spectacular views of the mountains and over the surrounding garden.

Within the beautifully established gardens is a fire pit, cubby house, grapevines, wisterias, shady trees, expanses of lawn and an abundance of bird life.

Parking is available in the double carport with additional space on the driveway.

Geneve is nestled at the end of a short no through road on the outskirts of Bright. Take a 3 minute drive into the town centre for shops, cafes and restaurants. The Murray To Mountains Rail Trail is a 6 minute walk from the home.
