Hargreaves House

Hargreaves House is a modern and spacious holiday home situated within a short walk of the town centre.

The layout of this home makes it perfect for two families to share with a living room and bedrooms at each end of the house, providing a level of privacy.

The main open plan living area features large windows that let in lots of natural light, a cosy wood fire and reverse-cycle air-conditioner. There are relaxing armchairs, a wall-mounted TV, CD player and a dining table that seats 10 people. The adjoining kitchen is equipped with an electric cooktop and oven, microwave, slow cooker, automatic coffee machine, fridge, dishwasher, and a selection of cookware, crockery and glassware.

The second living room is located at the front of the home and also has a reverse-cycle air-conditioner. There is a TV with a DVD library, selection of books and board games, comfortable lounge suite and a set of arm chairs.

Hargreaves House has 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 10 people.

Linen, towels, cleaning supplies and toiletries are provided. Please note that blankets for single beds are not supplied.

The laundry is equipped with a front load washing and ironing facilities.

At the rear of the home is an outdoor paved entertaining area with a 10 seater dining table, gas BBQ and shade sail. This overlooks a private fenced yard with a large expanse of lawn, ideal for kids to burn off some energy.

Parking is available in the single lock-up garage and along the driveway. The garage has bike hooks on the wall.

Hargreaves House is located within a 6 minute walk or one minute drive from the shops, cafes and restaurants in the centre of Bright.
