There is an air-conditioned lounge area with a Smart TV, and a dining area with a table that seats 8 people. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, electric oven, microwave, slow cooker, blender, coffee plunger, fridge, dishwasher, and a selection of cookware, crockery and glassware.

Next to the living area is a play nook for kids with books and games.
