Manning Retreat is a modern and impeccably styled cosy retreat, located just around the corner from the Murray To Mountains Rail Trail.

Step through the front door into a bright and tastefully furnished open plan living area. There is a sitting area with comfortable couches in front of a wood heater, a wall-mounted Smart TV and dining table that seats 6 people. The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooktop, electric and oven, microwave, bullet blender, fridge, dishwasher, and a selection of cookware, crockery and glassware.

Manning Retreat has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 adults or 8 people if children are included.

• Bedroom 3 - two sets of single bunk beds, children's table, toys, books

There are 2 bathrooms.

Linen, towels, cleaning supplies and toiletries are provided. A portacot (bring your own linen) is available on request.

The European laundry is equipped with a front load washing machine and ironing facilities.

With ducted heating and cooling to all living areas and bedrooms, this home will be comfortable at any time of year.

On the patio at the front of the home are two chairs and a small table. This overlooks a neat and tidy yard with areas of lawn. In the front corner of the yard is an entertaining area with a gas BBQ and picnic style table.

Vehicle access is from the rear of the home. There is a single lock-up garage with wall-mounted bicycle racks, plus an additional parking spot beside the garage.

Manning Retreat is located within an 8 minute walk or one minute drive from the shops, cafes and restaurants in the centre of Bright. The Murray To Mountains Rail Trail is only a 70 metre walk around the corner from the home.
