Northern Exposure is a large two storey riverfront getaway, located on the northern outskirts of Bright.

This stylish and luxurious home is perfect for a family holiday, group retreat or relaxing escape, with living areas and bedrooms spread across its two levels.

In the centre of the upper level is a stunning open plan living area. Cathedral ceilings and huge windows let in lots of natural light and provide scenic views, creating a comfortable and inviting space. At one end of the living area is a large chaise lounge in front of a Smart TV. At the other end are a set of two sofas next to a wood fire. The dining area has a long table that seats up to 12 people and a work desk. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, electric oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge with ice dispenser, dishwasher, and a selection of cookware, crockery and glassware.

The downstairs living area has a comfortable couch in front of a Smart TV, a work desk and Xbox gaming console. There is a kitchenette with an induction cooktop, coffee machine, bar fridge and dishwasher.

Northern Exposure has 5 bedrooms and can sleep up to 10 people.

The upper level living area and bedrooms all open onto a large sunny deck which spans the entire length of the home and offers views over the property and surrounding bushland. On the deck is a 10 seater outdoor dining table with a retractable awning.

Directly beneath this deck is a covered ground level entertaining area complete with a gas BBQ and 10 seater dining table.

This home is set on a 3,000m² fully fenced allotment, providing plenty of space for guests. There are huge expanses of lawn, a fire pit and herb garden.

Ample parking is provided in the double lock-up garage and along the driveway. There is an electric vehicle charging station and secure bike storage.

At the rear of the property is a gate which is just steps away from the Ovens River. There are walking trails along the river and through the surrounding bushland.

Northern Exposure is located just 250 metres from the Murray To Mountains Rail Trail. Take a 2 minute drive into the centre of Bright for shopping and dining options.
