Shine Bright

Shine Bright is a spacious holiday home with a generously sized yard, located only a short walk from the Ovens River.

This home has 3 living areas, making it ideal for larger families or groups to share.

Just inside the front door is the first living area which consists of a lounge room with sofas, armchairs and a Smart TV.

Next along the central hallway is the second living room. There is a comfortable lounge suite, Smart TV and reverse-cycle air-conditioner.

At the rear of the home is the third living area. This large open plan space features a sitting area with a couch beside a cosy wood fire. There is a dining table that seats 8 people and a reverse-cycle air-conditioner. The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooktop, electric oven, microwave, pressure cooker, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher, and a selection of cookware, crockery and glassware.

Shine Bright has 5 bedrooms and can sleep up to 8 adults or 10 people if children are included.

Linen, towels, cleaning supplies and toiletries are provided. A high chair and portacot (bring your own linen) are available on request.

The laundry is equipped with a front load washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities.

Glass doors from the rear living area open onto a covered entertaining area complete with an 8 seater outdoor dining table, gas BBQ and chiminea. This overlooks a fully fenced and private garden with a large expanses of lawn.

Parking is available in the single lock-up garage, which has bicycle racks, and also on the driveway. There is an 15 amp electric vehicle charger - bring your own cable.

Shine Bright is located in a quiet residential area, just a 5 minute walk from the Ovens River and the footbridge that leads to Bright Splash Park and the riverfront playground. From here, walk around the corner to the shops, cafes and restaurants in the heart of Bright. Alternatively, a 2 minute from the home will take you into Bright's town centre.

Access to bedrooms is determined by guest numbers, with unused bedrooms locked. This allows smaller groups to enjoy this property without needing to pay for unused bedrooms.
