The Outta Towner

The Outta Towner is a compact and stylish two storey townhouse that backs directly onto a dense pine forest and bush walking tracks.

The upstairs open plan living area consists of a sitting area with a leather suite, bean bag, Smart TV with Netflix and a record player with a collection of vinyl. Glass doors from the sitting area open onto a covered balcony with an outdoor setting that overlooks the garden below. The meals area has a 6 seater dining table and a kitchen equipped with an induction cooktop, double electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, dishwasher, and a selection of cookware, crockery and glassware.

Next to the upstairs living area is a dedicated spa room with a luxurious spa bath and large window that offers views of the surrounding bush.

Downstairs is a combined open plan bedroom and living area with a couch and bunk beds. It is perfect as a rumpus room for kids or separate space for another couple.

The Outta Towner has 2 bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 people.

From the downstairs living area, French doors open onto a covered courtyard with an outdoor dining setting and electric Weber BBQ. This overlooks a private and established garden which is shaded by established trees. Towards the back of the garden is a large sitting area around a fire pit. A gate in the back fence provides access to walking tracks through the fragrant pine forest.

The Outta Towner is one of three townhouses in a group that is set well back from the main road. A shared driveway leads to a single carport in front of the home with two bikes and helmets available for guest use. Due to the downwards sloping nature of the land, the front door next to the carport opens onto the upstairs level.

Monterey is located within a 6 minute walk along scenic bush tracks from the Ovens River. Bright Memorial Arboretum, a large picturesque park, is only a 5 minute walk away. Drive 2 minutes to the shops, cafes and restaurants in the centre of Bright.
