The Stelvio Villas - One is a modern retreat that offers guests the pinnacle of comfort and lifestyle, located in the heart of Bright.

This two storey villa has been created with a vegan philosophy in mind, with all furnishings and beautiful extras sourced to embrace the intent of an ethical lifestyle.

Upstairs is the main open plan living area with cathedral ceilings, striking wood features and sleek furnishings. At one end of the living area is a sitting area with a chaise lounge, a sunny window seat, Smart TV and a library of books and games. In the centre of the living area is a 6 seater dining table, while at the far end is a couch and work desk. The adjacent kitchen is equipped with an electric cooktop, electric oven, microwave, sandwich press, rice cooker, slow cooker, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher, and a selection of cookware, crockery and glassware.

From the upstairs living area, a glass door opens onto a partially covered balcony, complete with am outdoor dining table that seats 6 people and a gas BBQ. From here, enjoy views over parkland and towards the Murray To Mountains Rail Trail.

Downstairs is a second living area. This cosy space includes a sofa, window seat and wall-mounted TV. A sliding door opens outside onto a small deck.

Both living areas have reverse-cycle air-conditioning for year round comfort.

The Stelvio Villas - One has 2 bedrooms and can sleep up to 5 adults or 6 people if a child is included.

• Bedroom 1 (downstairs) - king bed, ensuite
• Bedroom 2 (downstairs) - king bed (can be split into singles on request), direct access to main bathroom
• Downstairs living area - fold out double sofa (suitable for one adult or 2 children)

There are 2 bathrooms.

Linen, towels, cleaning supplies and toiletries are provided. A toddler high chair and portacot (bring your own linen) are available on request.

The laundry is equipped with a front load washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities. Attached to the laundry is a separate toilet.

Beside the front door of the villa is a patio with two chairs.

A driveway beside the villa provides parking for one vehicle. There is a lockable bike storage room and bicycle racks.

The Stelvio Villas - One is conveniently located around the corner from the shops, cafes and restaurants in the heart of Bright. The Murray To Mountains Rail Trail is just metres from this property.

Access to bedrooms is determined by guest numbers, with unused bedrooms locked. This allows smaller groups to enjoy this property without needing to pay for unused bedrooms.
