Wood Peak is a modern two storey townhouse that is conveniently located in the heart of Bright, just around the corner from the shops.

Step through the front door into a spacious open plan living area with tiled flooring and large windows that let lots of light in. There is a sitting area with comfortable couches, a Smart TV and reverse-cycle air-conditioner. The dining area has a table that seats 10 people. The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooktop, electric oven, microwave, jaffle maker, coffee plunger, fridge, dishwasher, and a selection of cookware, crockery and glassware.

Glass stacker doors from one side of the dining area open onto an enclosed deck complete with an outdoor dining table, shade umbrella and electric Weber BBQ. On the other side of the dining area, a glass door opens onto a small enclosed sun room which has a collection of pot plants.

Wood Peak has 3 bedrooms, each with their own ensuite, and can sleep up to 7 people.

• Bedroom 2 (upstairs) - queen bed, ensuite, balcony with outdoor setting

At the front of the townhouse is a private sunny courtyard with lush plants and a table setting.

There is a single lock-up garage and additional parking available on the driveway and the street.

Wood Peak is located in a quiet residential street, just metres from the shops, cafes and restaurants in the heart of Bright. The Murray To Mountains Rail Trail is just a short stroll away.
