The Base One

The Base One is modern and luxurious home where you can enjoy a comfortable stay with serene mountain views.

The air-conditioned open plan living area is bright and airy with tall windows bathing this large space in lots of natural light. A corner lounge suite sits in front of a wood heater and Smart TV with CD player. Overlooking the lounge area is a dining table which seats 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances including an induction cooktop, electric oven, microwave, sandwich press, food processor, slow cooker, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher, and a selection of cookware, crockery and glassware.

The Base One has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 people.

Linen, towels, cleaning supplies and toiletries are provided. Children are catered for with a toddler high chair and baby bath.

The laundry and drying room is equipped with a front load washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities.

Sliding glass doors from the living area open onto a large sunny entertaining deck with a scenic mountain backdrop. On the deck is an outdoor dining setting, relaxation chairs and BBQ. Steps from the deck lead down to a fully enclosed yard with a section of lawn.

At the front of the home is a single carport. There are also portable bicycle racks.

For extended families or groups, combine this home with the neighbouring The Base Two to provide accommodation for up to 12 people across 6 bedrooms.

The Base One is located within a 2 minute walk of Snowline Hotel and just a short walk from the bakery. Take a 20 minute drive into the heart of Bright or 40 minutes to Mt Hotham Alpine Resort.
