The inviting air-conditioned open plan living area has brick feature walls and exposed ceiling beams. There is a lounge setting in front of a wood heater, a TV and dining table that seats 6 people. The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge, and a selection of cookware, crockery and glassware.

Kaighins Place has one bedroom and can sleep up to 2 people.
