Blairgowrie Beach Bungalow is a tastefully renovated holiday home, located within a short walk of the pristine ocean beach.

This home combines its original timber wall charm with modern touches and finishes, as well as being a self-sufficient fully electric home thanks to solar panels and a storage battery.

From the front verandah, step into a spacious open plan living area with a pitched ceiling and exposed beams. There is a comfortable chaise lounge in front of a wall-mounted TV with Netflix and Disney+ streaming services. Be comfortable all year round with a cosy wood heater and a hyper inverter air-conditioner for heating and cooling.

The adjoining dining area features a large porthole window and a table that seats 8 people. The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooktop, wall-oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, dishwasher and an assortment of dishes, cookware, glassware and utensils.

A door from the living area opens into a stunning sunroom with two walls of glass stacker doors. This room is bathed in lots of natural light and includes a lounge setting and dining table that seats 4 people.

Overlooking the fully fenced and private backyard is a huge entertaining deck. It includes plenty of room to relax with a large outdoor dining table and an in-built heated spa tub. Within the fully landscaped backyard is a gas BBQ, fire pit seating area and a garden shed.

Off-street parking is available under the carport and along the driveway.

Blairgowrie Beach Bungalow is positioned in a quiet residential area of Blairgowrie, just a few minutes walk through the Mornington Peninsula National Park to beautiful Dimmicks Beach. Drive 4 minutes to the local Blairgowrie shopping village that fronts the bay beach, 5 minutes to the larger centre of Rye or 6 minutes to cosmopolitan Sorrento.
