Baja is a beautifully renovated holiday home which boasts light and bright living areas combined with the luxury of your own private pool.

The decor of this charming home is a harmonious blend of coastal and contemporary elements that perfectly complement its beachside location. Large windows illuminate the interior with sunshine, creating airy and inviting rooms which promote a sense of positivity and happiness.

The main open plan living area is located at the rear of the home. It includes a relaxing lounge suite in front of a cosy wood fire and a wall-mounted Smart TV with Netflix. There is a dining table that seats 8 people and a fully-equipped kitchen with gas cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and fridge. From this living area, large glass doors open onto an outdoor decked entertaining area with a large dining table and gas BBQ. This space overlooks a refreshing solar heated in-ground pool with a comfortable poolside sofa.

A second living area is located just inside the front door which consists of a sunny north-facing lounge room with a large couch and huge wall-mounted TV. A large deck runs along this side of the home, creating the perfect space to soak up the warmth of the sun.

This home has 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 8 people.

Surrounding the home is a beautifully landscaped garden which is a haven of serenity, featuring coastal plants and hedging that provide privacy and promote relaxation. There is a double carport at the front of the home and secure fencing with a tall front gate.

Baja is located in a secluded part of the lovely village of Blairgowrie. Take a 3 minute drive to the local shopping precinct which includes an IGA supermarket, several cafes and a selection of other retailers. Across the road is a safe sandy swimming beach. Otherwise take a 7 minute drive into the heart of vibrant and bustling Sorrento.

Less than a 10 minute walk from the home is the Mornington Peninsula National Park which hugs the ocean coastline. Explore the scenic walking tracks which lead to secluded bays, stunning rock formations and beaches including Number Sixteen Beach and Dimmicks Beach.
