Beaches in Blairgowrie is a newly renovated holiday home with multiple living areas, providing a relaxing getaway for your family or group.
The front door of this lovely home leads to a combined lounge and dining room with large windows that bathe this space in natural light. There is a sumptuous lounge suite, wall-mounted Smart TV, split-system air-conditioner and large dining table.
A second living area and kitchen is located at the rear of the home. It includes a comfortable sofa in front of an ambient electric fireplace and large wall-mounted Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and fridge.
This home has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 10 people.

A sliding door from the rear living area opens onto an outdoor entertaining area, complete with a gas BBQ and dining table. This overlooks a sun filled grassed area in the backyard which offers plenty of room for kids to play or jump around on the trampoline. There is also a fire pit and surrounding seating to enjoy in the evenings.
The garage in the backyard has been converted into a third living area, complete with a TV, Sony PlayStation, Wii game console and table tennis table. You can sink into the huge comfy chairs and watch a movie, just like a cinema gold class experience. Ideal as a theatre room or hang out area for kids.
Beaches in Blairgowrie is set on a 830 m2 allotment that is fully surrounded by a high fence. The long driveway provides plenty of room to park a boat or jet skis.
650 metres away is Koonya General Store which stocks basic grocery items, take home meals and food to go. Take an easy 2 kilometre stroll or 3 minute drive to Blairgowrie Village where you will find a supermarket and several cafes. Across the road from here is the beautiful sandy bay beach which is ideal for safe swimming. For a contrast in scenery, head in the other direction and along walking tracks through the Mornington Peninsula National Park to exhilarating ocean beaches with pristine sands and fascinating rock formations. The famous Peninsula Hot Springs is only a 10 minute drive away.
A bus stop right outside the property allows you to use public transport to get to Blairgowrie Village and also visit the nearby beachside towns of Sorrento, Rye and Rosebud.
This property is only available for families or mature groups. Sorry, no schoolies.

Shoulder: $450 per night

High Peak: $800 per night
Christmas / New Year is at high peak rate, the remainder of January is at peak, and weekends in September to December and February to Easter are at shoulder rate.
Your booking will incur a one off booking fee of $40 and $1,000 refundable bond.
