Positioned on the edge of the Mornington Peninsula National Park, it close to the spectacular walking tracks and cliff tops of Bridgewater Bay and Montforts Beach. The Blairgowrie Marina, the popular dog friendly beach at Cameron's Bight and the cafe strip at Blairgowrie are a walk away or a 2 minute drive.

The home offers luxurious accommodation in a private bush setting, ideal for couples, families or groups on holidays or executive stays.

The spacious lounge has luxurious furniture and furnishings with a coastal theme and incorporates a light-filled dining and kitchen area with a vaulted ceiling. There is a large screen TV, Blu-ray player, iPod docking station and a cosy log fire. The fully-equipped modern kitchen includes a coffee machine and an additional fridge to store wine and food for any catering need.

This home has 4 bedrooms (two bedrooms in each of the two wings of the house) and can sleep up to 10 people comfortably.

There are two bathrooms, one in each wing of the house. One bathroom has a corner spa with a separate shower, while the other bathroom has a shower only.

Outdoor decks complemented with beautiful outdoor lighting ensure your days and evenings are complete. For the energetic, there is the outdoor heated spa (big enough for 8 to 10 people) and tennis court to ensure you keep fit and active while on your well earned break.

The property is an acre in size, with winding paths amongst native flora - a kids paradise or just time to walk and reflect on life.
