Charlies Holiday Heaven is newly renovated older style holiday home, located just a short stroll from the beautiful Safety Beach foreshore.

There is a comfortable lounge and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, a large games room with a billiard table, and a study with a work desk and couch.

This home has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 7 people.

• Bedroom 3 - double bed
• Games room - single sofa bed

There are 2 bathrooms.

• Main bathroom - shower, vanity unit, toilet
• Combined laundry / bathroom - shower, sink, washing machine

All linen and towels are provided, unless you prefer to bring your own.

Outside is a covered entertaining area with a BBQ and seating. There is an outdoor shower, with hot and cold water, to wash off the salt and sand after a day at the beach.

Secure fencing around the property ensures children can play safely.

There is plenty of off-street parking for cars, boats and jet skis. A carport provides covered parking for two cars.

Walk 250 metres down the road to Provincia which is a popular Mediterranean food store and cafe that overlooks the foreshore. Located next to Provincia is Chemist Warehouse and Pizza by the Bay which has an extensive takeaway menu. Across the road is a coastal walking track and the golden sands of the safe swimming beach.

Charlies Holiday Heaven offers an affordable and no fuss beach getaway, centrally located to the many attractions of the Mornington Peninsula including both bay and ocean surf beaches, golf courses, Arthurs Seat Eagle, hot springs and the many wineries around Red Hill.
