Nelson by the Sea

Nelson by the Sea is a Sorrento spa retreat with plenty of traditional seaside charm.

This beach escape is decorated in a contemporary style with cathedral ceilings, wooden flooring and porthole windows providing a nautical feel.

The air-conditioned living area consists of two lounges. One lounge is a formal sitting area which is ideal for chatting or reading, while the second has a large modular sofa in front of a Smart TV and cosy wood fire. The modern kitchen has high benchtops, stainless steel appliances, a gas cooktop, oven, coffee machine and fridge. An 8 seat dining table is surrounded by floor to ceiling windows that bring in lots of natural light.

This home has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 8 people.

• Bedroom 1 - king bed, Smart TV, walk-in robe, ensuite with shower, door to private deck
• Bedroom 2 - queen bed, built-in robes
• Bedroom 3 - two sets of single bunk beds (sleeps 4), built-in robes

In addition to the ensuite in the main bedroom, there is a main bathroom with a shower and separate bath.

All linen, towels and toiletries are provided.

Downstairs, on the lower level, the garage has been converted into a games room with a billiard table, TV, DVD player and sofa.

Outside is a covered entertaining deck with a BBQ, dining setting and seating. This area overlooks a large and glamorous 6 person hydrotherapy spa with glass fencing that offers complete relaxation. There is also a hot outdoor shower.

A large garden surrounds this home, with the private backyard shaded by a stunning peppercorn tree. At the front, lush tropical foliage lines the timber boardwalk to the front door. The driveway has space to park two cars.

Take a short walk to the private (shared) tennis court further down the street where you can reserve it for a game.

Tucked away in a quiet pocket of Sorrento, Nelson by the Sea is a 15 minute walk to the safe swimming bay beach at Sorrento Sailing Club and a little longer to walk into the Sorrento township itself. The ocean beach at Diamond Bay is 10 minutes walk from the property.

Dog information:

• Dogs welcome inside but not on furniture or beds
• Please bring bedding and bowls for your dog
• Dogs not permitted in the fenced outdoor spa area or in the spa itself
• The backyard has plenty of lawn with secure fencing ranging from 1.2 to 1.8 metres in height
• A complimentary basket of healthy treats supplied by PAWDinkum
• Dogs stay free
