Alumuna

Alumuna is a delightful holiday home which is just a short stroll away from the shops and eateries of Cape Woolamai.

The open plan living area has reverse-cycle air-conditioning and includes a comfortable lounge suite in front of a Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen has an electric cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Glass doors from the living area open onto a partially covered deck with an outdoor lounge suite, dining setting, BBQ and outdoor hot shower. From here, a large shady verandah wraps further around the home.

Alumuna has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 6 people. All bedrooms have portable fans and heaters.

The whole yard is fenced for your privacy. The garage provides secure parking for one car and there is further room for up to 3 cars or boats on the driveway.

The family will love the sandy swimming beach Cleeland Bight, which is just over a kilometre away. Otherwise take a 10 minute walk to the stunning surf beach at The Colonnades.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
