Blue Haven is a truly exceptional holiday home that is spotless and superbly appointed.

The large, open plan living zone features a beautifully furnished lounge with TV, DVD player, Wii console and iPod docking station. There is a gleaming fully equipped kitchen and dining table for 6.

Blue Haven can comfortably sleep any combination of adults and children up to a maximum of 7. There are 3 spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds and built in robes.

• Bedroom 1 - one queen bed, TV, ensuite
• Bedroom 2 - one queen bed
• Bedroom 3 - one tri-bunk (a double on the bottom, single on the top), one full size cot with a mattress

There are 2 bathrooms.

• Main bathroom - shower over spa bath, vanity unit, separate toilet
• Ensuite - shower, vanity unit, toilet

There is a laundry with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outside is a huge roofed rear deck with a classy 8 seat outdoor setting and 4 burner BBQ.

Blue Haven is situated just 800 metres from The Colonnades surf beach and 1.7 kilometres metres from the safe swimming beach at Cleeland Bight. The boat ramp at Newhaven is 3.5 kilometres away. Cafes and takeaway outlets in Cape Woolamai are within easy walking distance from the property.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
