Cape Cottage

Cape Cottage is a charming two storey cottage within easy reach of both swimming and surf beaches.

Downstairs is a living room which includes a Coonara-style wood heater (bring your own wood), comfortable lounge suite, wall-mounted Smart TV and Bluetooth speaker. The adjacent dining area is air-conditioned and has a dining table that seats 6 people. Overlooking the dining area is a fully equipped kitchen with an electric cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, dishwasher and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

A sliding glass door from the living area opens onto a large fully enclosed rear deck with cafe blinds and outdoor furniture.

Cape Cottage has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 8 people.

• Bedroom 2 - queen bed
• Bedroom 3 - tri-bunk (double on bottom, single on top), single trundle bed

There are 1½ bathrooms.

• Main bathroom (downstairs) - shower over hip bath, vanity unit, separate toilet
• Powder room (upstairs) - wash basin, toilet

The laundry is equipped with a front loading washing machine and ironing facilities.

The backyard is fully fenced and private with a paved sitting area, gas BBQ, fire pit (bring your own wood) and plenty of grass for kids to play. A carport provides covered parking for one vehicle and there is space for another two vehicles in front of the carport.

Take an 8 minute walk to the sandy swimming beach or a 15 minute walk to several surf beaches that front Bass Strait. The shops and eateries at Cape Woolamai are an easy 10 minute stroll along the road.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

A $45 booking fee also applies to each stay - no other cleaning fee or bond applies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
