Lazy Daze at SummerHaze

Lazy Daze at SummerHaze is a relaxing split-level home, located just a short walk from the local swimming beach and shops.

The upper level of this home consists of a bright and light open plan living area. The air-conditioned lounge area has three couches set in front of a Smart TV with Chromecast and a Bluetooth speaker. There is a dining table that seats 6 people and stools under the kitchen bench. The fully equipped kitchen has electric cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

A sliding door from the living area leads out onto an elevated deck with an outdoor table and gas BBQ.

On the lower level are the bedrooms and bathroom, with access via 7 internal stairs from the living area or through the external laundry door.

Lazy Daze at SummerHaze has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 9 people.

• Living room - double sofa bed (suitable for one person)

A cot and high chair are provided.

There is one bathroom.

The laundry is fully equipped with a front loading washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities. A second toilet is accessed via the laundry.

The huge enclosed backyard is perfect for children to play in and includes a cubby house with a slide and fireman's pole. Along the side of the home is a fire pit (some wood provided) with surrounding seating. The long driveway and carport provides parking for up to 3 vehicles including a boat.

The sandy swimming beach is an 8 minute walk away, while a 5 minute drive will take you to a choice of surf beaches that front Bass Strait. The shops and eateries at Cape Woolamai are within a comfortable 4 minute walk.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
