Surf Rest'n Bay is a delightful holiday home, set amongst native trees in a quiet and secluded street.

This relaxing home is beautifully presented throughout. The open plan living area with exposed beams features a spacious lounge that includes a TV, Foxtel channels, DVD player, CD player and iPod docking station. There is a warming wood fire (all wood is supplied) and reverse-cycle air-conditioning for year round comfort. The living area also includes a 6 seat dining table and a well-equipped kitchen.

Surf Rest'n Bay has 4 bedrooms with comfortable beds and can sleep any combination of adults and children up to a maximum of 8.

• Bedroom 1 - one queen bed, ensuite
• Bedroom 2 - one queen bed
• Bedroom 3 - one queen bed
• Bedroom 4 - tri-bunk (double on bottom with single on top)

The main bedroom has its own ensuite while the other bedrooms share a gleaming, spacious bathroom with a full size bath and separate shower.

Glass sliding doors open out from the living area onto a shady, elevated deck with an outdoor setting and a BBQ.

Ample off-street parking is available on the long driveway.

Surf Rest'n Bay is located just a few metres away from the safe swimming beach at Cleeland Bight and 750 metres from the exhilarating surf at Anzacs Beach. The licensed general store is a short walk away, while San Remo, with its hotels, restaurants, shops and supermarket, is located just over the bridge.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Linen and bathroom towels can be hired for $30 per king/queen/double bed and $15 per single bed - or you can bring your own.
