The Cape House

The Cape House is a modern and stylish home with an outdoor spa pool, located in a quiet residential area of Cape Woolamai.

At the heart of this home is a light and airy open plan living area. It includes a relaxing lounge space with comfortable couches and chairs, a Smart TV, selection of board and card games, a cosy Coonara wood heater (bring your own wood) and reverse-cycle air-conditioner for year round comfort. The meals area has a large dining table which seats 8 people. The kitchen has a walk-in pantry and is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, electric oven, microwave, coffee machine, full size fridge, bar fridge, dishwasher and an ample collection of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

A doorway from the kitchen leads to study with work from home facilities including two computers with wide screen monitors.

The Cape House has 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 11 people.

The laundry is equipped with a washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities.

Sliding glass doors from the living area open onto a covered entertaining deck with a ceiling fan, BBQ and 8 seat dining table. This flows onto an open air deck with a fantastic electric spa that seats up to 8 people. Surrounding the spa is a neatly landscaped yard with an expanse of lawn.

There is parking for a car in the single garage, space for another vehicle or boat on the driveway and one more parking spot on the nature strip.

The Cape House is located within a 10 minute walk of The Colonnades surf beach and a 17 minute walk from the sandy swimming beach. The shops and eateries in the heart of Cape Woolamai are a 10 minute walk away.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 1 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
