Within Oceans Reach is a delightful holiday home that offers an amazing outdoor living area and is close to Cape Woolamai's beaches.

The bright open plan living area features polished floorboards and contemporary furnishings. The lounge area has comfortable couches in front of a Smart TV and wood fire, while the dining area has a 6 seat dining table. The kitchen is fully appointed with an electric oven and cook top, microwave, Aldi coffee machine, fridge, dishwasher and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Within Oceans Reach has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 10 people.

• Bedroom 1 - one queen bed
• Bedroom 2 - one set of single bunks, one single bed
• Bedroom 3 - one queen bed
• Bedroom 3 - one tri-bunk (double bed on bottom, single on top)

This property has one bathroom.

The living area has a wood heater and reverse-cycle air-conditioner. There are also 4 portable fans and 2 portable heaters.

Step out the back door onto a huge covered north facing entertaining area with plenty of outdoor furniture. This area looks out onto a fully enclosed and private backyard which has a purpose built outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven and gas BBQ. There is also a table tennis table and a hot water outdoor shower to wash off after a day at the beach.

Lockable gates at the front of the property provide secure outdoor parking for a boat and a car. There is space for another car in the carport.

Take a 10 minute walk to the surf beach at The Colonnades. The safe swimming beach at Cleeland Bight is just over a kilometre away. A 7 minute stroll will take you to the main commercial centre of Cape Woolamai, which includes a selection of cafes and takeaway shops.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
