Woolamai Waters

Woolamai Waters is a large two storey family or group holiday home, situated within a short walk from the beach.

Downstairs is a comfortable open plan living area with a cosy wood header (some wood provided to get you started) and reverse-cycle air-conditioning. There is a sitting area with a chaise sofa, a wall-mounted TV and a large dining table. The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher and an ample collection of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Upstairs is a second living area with a cathedral ceiling. It is air-conditioned and includes a lounge suite and 50 inch TV with Google TV Streamer.

Woolamai Waters has 6 bedrooms and can sleep up to 19 people.

At the rear of this home is a sunny deck with an outdoor setting and hot outdoor shower. This overlooks a large and fully fenced yard which has a covered entertaining area at the far end, complete with a gas BBQ and seating. There is parking behind the front gate for a boat or 2 to 3 cars.

Enjoy the local sandy swimming beach - just a 3 minute walk from your door to the end of the street. The surf at Anzacs Beach is a 13 minute walk away. Take a 3 minute drive into the heart of Cape Woolamai for shops and eateries.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 1 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
