33 Modern Studio Suite is a beautifully presented holiday unit which offers the perfect space for one or two people to use as their retreat while visiting Phillip Island.

This newly built unit is modern, clean and functional, with its own private gated entrance.

The open plan living area has a comfortable sitting area, a 42 inch wall-mounted TV with Chromecast, free Wi-Fi, electric heater and a dining table that seats two people.

The kitchenette includes a microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, sink and a selection of dishes, cutlery, glassware and BBQ utensils.

There is a private spacious bathroom with a large walk-in rain shower, wash basin and toilet.

All linen, towels and basic toiletries are supplied.

Outside is a paved area with a gas BBQ and relaxing lounge chairs. The surrounding landscaped garden has tall fencing and offers a peaceful space to relax within a lush setting while listening to the sounds of birdsong.

Covered off-street parking is available for one vehicle adjacent to the unit.

33 Modern Studio Suite is located within a 10 minute walk from Red Rocks swimming beach and 3 kilometres from the centre of Cowes.
