A Perfect Ten is an exquisite and modern holiday home that is decorated with impeccable taste.
The spacious open plan living zone includes a superbly furnished lounge area with a 65 inch Smart TV, Blu-ray player and Bluetooth soundbar. There is a sunlit dining area and fully equipped kitchen.
A Perfect Ten can comfortably sleep any combination of adults and children up to a maximum of 9. There are 3 spacious bedrooms, all with ceiling fans.
- Bedroom 1 - one queen bed, Smart TV, USB charging points, ensuite
- Bedroom 2 - one queen bed
- Bedroom 3 - tri-bunk, single bunk
- Living area - fold out divan
A porta cot and high chair are provided.
The master bedroom has its own ensuite while the other bedrooms share a main bathroom that includes a bath.
Outside is a fully covered deck that features a quality outdoor setting, a gas BBQ, overhead heater and roller blinds. The fully fenced backyard features an electric heated swimming pool with a depth that ranges from 1.2 to 1.7 metres. There is also a basketball hoop and play equipment for kids.
For cycling enthusiasts, two mountain bikes are provided for use by guests during their stay.
Vehicle and boat parking is available in the high carport and on the long driveway.
A Perfect Ten is located within walking distance of the beach and 1.3 kilometres from the heart of Cowes. The nearest boat ramp is 3 kilometres away.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).
Linen and bathroom towels can be hired for $30 per king/queen/double bed and $15 per single bed - or you can bring your own.
