Baiti Cowes is a bright and modern holiday home nestled in a quiet residential area where you can enjoy relaxed coastal living.

At the front of this lovely home is an open plan living area which is air-conditioned and features polished timber floors. The sitting area consists of two sofas and a 65 inch Smart TV with Chromecast, Apple TV and a sound system. The meals area has a dining table which seats 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher and an ample collection of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

A separate lounge room is located off the main living area. It is air-conditioned and has a 55" Smart TV with a Playstation and Xbox, along with a selection of board games, books and magazines. A sliding door opens onto a small deck along the side of the home.

Baiti Cowes has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 8 people.

The elevated and covered front deck provides a great outdoor entertaining area, complete with a gas BBQ and dining setting for 6 people. This overlooks an established and fenced front garden.

There is a single carport and space for an additional 3 vehicles or boat on the long driveway.

Baiti Cowes is located 1.3 kilometres from the beach and just over one kilometre from the extensive shopping facilities along the main street of Cowes.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.
