Bay Retreat

Bay Retreat is a modern family holiday home located in a quiet residential area of Cowes.

At the heart of this beautifully presented home is an open plan living area which is bathed in natural light and has a reverse-cycle air-conditioner for year round comfort. There is a comfortable sitting area with sofas, a large TV and a dining table which seats 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooktop, gas oven, microwave, air fryer, coffee machine, fridge, dishwasher and an ample collection of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. A bar fridge is located in the garage.

A separate family room is located towards the front of the home and includes a comfortable couch in front of a Smart TV with a DVD player.

Bay Retreat has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 8 people.

• Bedroom 1 - queen bed, walk-in robe, ensuite
• Bedroom 2 - double bed, single mattress under the bed which can be used in the family room
• Bedroom 2 - king single bed, one set of single bunk beds

There are 2 bathrooms.

• Main bathroom - bath, shower, vanity unit, separate toilet
• Ensuite - shower, vanity unit, toilet

The laundry is equipped with a washing machine and ironing facilities. A clothes dryer is located in the garage.

A sliding glass door from the living area opens onto a covered outdoor entertaining area which extends along the entire width of the home. It features an outdoor dining table, couch, gas BBQ and a wall-mounted TV. The surrounding backyard has a large expanse of lawn and is fully fenced.

There is space for one car to be parked in the double garage which has a table tennis table and direct internal access to the home. Additional space for 2 more vehicles is available on the driveway.

Bay Retreat is located within an 18 minute walk or 5 minute drive of the sandy beach. A 5 minute drive will take you into the centre of Cowes with its extensive selection of shops, cafes and restaurants.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 1 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
