Beach House Silverleaves

Beach House Silverleaves is a charming coastal home located just around the corner from a secluded beach.

Towards the rear of the home is a spacious open plan living area. The light-filled lounge area has a vaulted ceiling, 65 inch Smart TV, a selection of books and board games, and a cosy wood heater (bring your own wood). This flows through to the meals area which has a dining table that seats 8 people and reverse-cycle air-conditioner for year round comfort. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, electric oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher and an ample collection of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Beach House Silverleaves has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 people.

• Bedroom 1 - king bed, reverse-cycle air-conditioner, walk-in robe, ensuite
• Bedroom 2 - king bed (can be converted into two long single beds on request)
• Bedroom 3 - king single bunk bed

There are 2 bathrooms.

• Main bathroom - bath, shower, vanity unit, separate toilet
• Ensuite - shower, vanity unit, separate toilet

The laundry is equipped with a washing machine, clothes dryer and indoor drying rack. There are drying lines outside.

A sliding glass door from the living area opens onto a north-facing outdoor deck complete with a large dining setting, gas BBQ and retractable sun awning. The deck overlooks the fully fenced backyard which has a large expanse of lawn and an outdoor hot shower.

At the front of the home is a verandah with seating that overlooks the native garden and provides a good spot to take in stunning sunsets.

Up to two cars can be parked on the driveway with additional parking available on the street.

Beach access is very easy - simply take a one minute walk to the end of the street and a further one minute walk along a foreshore track to the sandy shoreline.

Beach House Silverleaves just a 2 minute walk from Anerie General - a local cafe and food store. Take a 5 minute drive or a 25 minute walk along the coast into the heart of Cowes for an fantastic selection of shops, cafes and restaurants.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 1 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
