Beach Retreat on Koala is a spacious and sun-lit property which offers the perfect holiday getaway, ideally suited to accommodate two families.
The open plan air-conditioned living area has a TV with DVD player, a 10 seat dining table and fully equipped kitchen. Sliding glass doors lead onto a partially covered outdoor deck with a huge dining setting and gas BBQ. There is also a table tennis table.
Beach Retreat on Koala has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep any combination of adults and children up to a maximum of 10.

- Bedroom 3 - one tri-bunk
- Bedroom 4 (also a second living area) - one tri-bunk
There are two bathrooms.
Outside is a fenced rear garden with a large area of lawn and a basketball hoop.
With two driveways and a carport, there is ample off-street parking.
Beach Retreat on Koala is located 600 metres from the beach, with the Cowes boat ramp just a few minutes away. Supermarkets, cafes and restaurants in central Cowes are a mere 3 minute drive or 15 minute walk from this property.
